Your new role
This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role within Ruby’s brand-new Ballarat service. As Team Leader, you’ll guide and support a passionate team to deliver therapeutic, family‑centred support, helping young people (aged 12–17) and their families reduce conflict, strengthen connections and stay together safely at home.
You’ll oversee the service stand‑up and day‑to‑day operations of Ruby’s therapeutic residence, making sure it’s a safe and welcoming environment where families can rebuild their relationships. You’ll also coach and supervise the Family Worker team and Counsellor, building their capability to deliver high‑quality, culturally responsive support.
At Ruby’s, we believe that, where safe, home is the best place for a young person to be. As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in making that possible for families across the Ballarat region.
