Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to lead daily operations, sales, and high-volume stock in your specialist area. You will manage a team of 20+ colleagues, collaborating with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden departments.

You will report to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, focusing on Best Experience for customers, training your team, and maintaining our widest range and best prices. Weekend rosters apply.
