Mind Australia is seeking a Community Mental Health Practitioner for the Youth Residential Rehabilitation Service (YRRS) in Townsville on a permanent, part‑time basis. You will provide person‑centred, recovery‑oriented support to young people aged 16-21, helping them develop life skills and independence in a home-like setting.

The role requires flexibility for a 24/7 rotating roster, including night shifts, with a focus on trauma‑informed care and family involvement.
