This permanent full time role reports to the Area Manager and focuses on driving sales, leading a team of employees and volunteers, and delivering an outstanding in-store experience to support fundraising efforts.

Salary and conditions align with the Retail General Industry Award, Level 6. You will manage stock flow, pricing, rosters and budgets while building strong community ties and upholding
