Job Description

We’re an Australian menswear brand known for quality tailoring, natural fibres and exceptional service. We’re also a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.

About the role

You’ll take ownership of the store’s performance, lead from the shop floor and create a team culture built around service, product knowledge and results.

Your day will include:

- Leading, coaching and motivating the store team
- Driving sales and delivering store targets and KPIs




- Building lasting relationships with new and returning customers
- Managing rosters, stock, visual merchandising and daily operations
- Developing your team through regular feedback and training
- Maintaining high standards across service and store presentation
- Identifying opportunities to grow the business

About you

You’ll bring:

- Previous retail management experience, ideally in premium fashion or menswear
- A robust sales record and confidence working towards targets
- The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
- A genuine interest in tailoring, styling and customer service
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- hands‑on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
