Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for employees to identify mental health needs.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies to support employee wellbeing.

- Collaborate with management to create and promote mental health awareness programmes.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments and interventions in accordance with professional standards.
