What’s the job?

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Food & Beverage Duty Manager plays a key leadership role in driving exceptional guest experiences. With a passion for hospitality and people, you will lead, coach, and develop the food and beverage team to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will create memorable guest experiences that drive loyalty, maximise revenue opportunities, and contribute to the achievement of departmental revenue and profitability goals.

What we need from you

Full working rights in Australia (full-time position)

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant & Bars senior position, preferably within a hotel/hospitality environment.

Exceptional customer service skills and have a high ability to interact with guests & colleagues.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture where colleagues feel valued and motivated.

Excellent time management and prioritisation skills,



with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and consistently deliver results.

Strong knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and beverage trends, with the ability to confidently engage with guests and the team.

Qualifications in Hotel Management and/or in Food & Beverage related field preferred

Flexibility – evening, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job

Valid NSW RSA Competency card is required

Ability to inspire passion, enthusiasm and positivity in the team to drive an engaged, winning culture
