About the role
The University of Canberra is seeking a creative and energetic Community Engagement Coordinator to help connect students with the support, resources, and services available through the UC Medical & Counselling Centre.

About you
You thrive on managing multiple priorities, being effective, exploring new ideas, challenging conventional approaches, and identifying fresh opportunities to connect students with health and wellbeing services.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Experience in community engagement, health promotion, communications, marketing, events, or a related field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating events, campaigns, or engagement activities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Digital literacy and proficiency with the ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
The University offers excellent conditions and benefits which can be further explored on our “Work at UC” site such as flexible, family-friendly policies, on site gym, on site medical services, a grocery store, and Early Childhood Education and Care facilities.
We believe people deserve to feel welcome, supported, and empowered to realise their potential. Being a values based organisation, UC sets a goal to be the national sector leader in equity, diversity, inclusion and access via our Reconnected Strategy.
