If you’re a construction savvy BDM who can walk a site, talk scope, and win work the right way—this is a standout opportunity with a business that’s renowned for delivering exceptional quality and has a tight-knit team with strong retention.This is not a generic sales role. You need to come from a building background and understand commercial fitouts, refurbishments, remedial works, defects or similar construction projects.

You need to be able to walk onto a site, understand the scope, speak the language and know what can and cannot realistically be delivered.

The Role:

You will be responsible for building current client relationships and generating project opportunities across commercial property, strata, development, facilities management, retail and aged care. You will be able to demonstrate you can:

- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and networking
- Build relationships with property and construction decision-makers
- Identify and qualify genuine project opportunities




- Attend meetings and site inspectionsWork with estimating and operations on project handover
- Follow up quotes, tenders and proposals
- Build repeat business and referrals
- Maintain an accurate pipeline in HubSpot

About You

You will ideally come from:

- Commercial fitout
- Remedial construction
- Refurbishment
- Defect rectification
- Commercial building
- Building maintenance with strong construction exposure

You must understand construction terminology, quoting, scope, tenders and the realities of delivering building works. You will also be confident opening doors, making outbound calls and developing relationships with senior decision-makers.
