Full Time Electronic Security Technician with Tanksec Solutions, to join our team working on a range of Commercial, Industrial, Retail & Residential sites across South East Queensland. This position would suit a motivated individual who is looking to develop security technology and IT skills.
Key responsibilities
- Service, maintenance and installation of alarm and CCTV equipment
- Service, maintenance and installation of access control and intercom systems
- Strong customer satisfaction with both recent and existing customers
- Interpreting drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Completing service documentation and reports accurately
About you
- Knowledge if not willing to learn NX, Crow, Bosch, Paradox, Tecom and Concept Alarm Panels
- Knowledge and experience with both Analogue and IP CCTV systems – including fault finding and diagnostics
- Knowledge of various electronic security & access control systems with the willingness to learn new product
- Basic knowledge with IP Networking & PCs
- Open Cabling Licence and endorsements
- Current Class C drivers license
- Current QLD Installer and Adviser Security License
- General Induction Blue/White Card
- High level of problem solving skills
- Minimum 3 years in similar role – new qualified electricians are encouraged to apply
