The Lodge Jamberoo is seeking a talented Sous Chef to lead the catering team for weddings and events, reporting to the Head Chef and overseeing service across multiple venues. Immediate start and a pathway to grow within the group.

We value hands-on leadership, high-volume production, and delivering outstanding plates. Applicants should have 3+ years in production or events and be ready to mentor staff, manage costs, and uphold WHS and HACCP standards.
