Lotte Duty Free is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month fixed-term basis in Melbourne. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across our stores and Support Office, partnering with leaders to attract diverse talent across beauty, luxury, liquor, watches and cosmetics.
This hands-on role requires experience in high-volume recruitment, exceptional stakeholder management and a commitment to a positive candidate experience in a quick-paced retail setting.
