Jemena is seeking a Digital Support Specialist to enhance the digital employee experience across offices and regional sites. You will provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and Microsoft environments while driving proactive improvements and knowledge sharing.

You will work hands-on across sites with on-call duties and some interstate travel, mentoring Level 1 and 2 technicians and helping shape how colleagues work with technology.
