Tieman Tankers is seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development and continuous improvement of our tanker products located in Campbellfield VIC. Key Duties:
- Design and develop tanker trailers, vessels and associated mechanical systems.
- Prepare engineering calculations, specifications and technical documentation.
- Evaluate materials, manufacturing processes and product performance.
- Support testing, compliance and continuous product improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with production teams to optimize safety, quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Ideally, With a qualification or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Mechanical Engineer or related field
- Robust mechanical design and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CAD software and manufacturing environments is highly regarded.
Salary range is $75,000-$95,000pa commensurate with experience. Fulltime Position available. Application opens on 10th of October 2026 and closes on 10th of November 2026.
