Comlink Australia is seeking a Team Leader of In-Home Care to support frontline staff delivering care to older Australians at home. You will coach, back and equip the team so they can deliver high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining safety and compliance.

You’ll balance empathy with decisions, de-escalate tense situations, and work closely with the Team Manager on recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
