Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will empower people to take an active role in their care by sharing information about their rights, responsibilities, available services, and pathways through the mental health system. Through person-centred, recovery-focused support, you will foster hope, connection, and self-determination, helping individuals achieve the goals that matter most to them.
