The Role
We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators to join our growing Civil Construction team. Working across a variety of projects, you will operate a range of civil plant and equipment to support earthworks,
road construction, drainage, subdivisions, and infrastructure projects throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of civil construction plant and equipment safely and efficiently, including excavators, loaders, rollers, graders, water carts, articulated dump trucks, and skid steers.
- Complete daily pre-start inspections and report defects in accordance with company procedures.
- Undertake bulk and detailed earthworks, road construction, drainage, trenching, and material placement activities.
- Work to project specifications, plans, and quality requirements.
- Maintain plant, equipment, and work areas to a high standard.
- Collaborate with Supervisors and other site personnel to achieve project outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational requirements.
About You
- Demonstrated experience operating multiple types of civil construction plant and equipment.
- Current relevant machinery competencies, licences, and tickets.
- Current QLD Driver's Licence MR & HR preferred.
- Experience in earthworks, road construction, subdivisions, drainage, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a team setting.
- Construction Industry White Card (essential).
- GPS machine control experience is highly regarded.
