About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to take the reins of a premium showroom in Keswick. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who genuinely loves selling, coaching their team and driving commercial success. Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of showroom performance, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve results.
- Manage daily showroom operations, including rostering, stock presentation and operational standards.

- Lead by example on the showroom floor, confidently managing high-value customer interactions.
- Ensure the showroom is beautifully presented and reflects the premium positioning of the business.

About You

You're a confident, energetic and commercially minded retail leader who knows how to get results through people.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager ready for the next step.
- A successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
