The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) in Melbourne is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join the ICT Department. You will be the frontline point of contact for ICT incidents and service requests across a large hospital workplace, resolving issues at first contact where possible.

You will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across end-user devices and clinical systems, document tickets, and coordinate with internal ICT teams and external vendors to restore services within agreed SLAs.
