You’ll be based at ourSouthport / Arundel location , joining one of Australia’s most progressive dealer groups — where career advancement isactively encouraged and prioritized internally .

The Role

This is apermanent, full-time Service Advisor position , where you’ll be the face of our service department.

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting and assisting guests during service drop-off
- Creating a standout customer experience from start to finish
- Processing service invoices and payments at collection




- Liaising with the workshop manager to clearly communicate customer concerns
- Assisting customers with service and warranty enquiries
- Supporting warranty claims and ensuring manufacturer compliance
- Liaising with our Warranty clerk regarding warranty repairs and approvals
- Preparing repair orders and reconciling accounts

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- Proven experience as aService Advisor (dealership experience highly regarded)
- Solid customer service skills — in person, phone, and written
- High attention to detail and accuracyi>
- A problem-solving mindset and genuine desire to help customers
- Ability to work independentlyand as part of a tight-knit team
- Experience with Auto-IT / Units (highly regarded)
- Professional, reliable, and punctual approach
- Must have valid Australian work rights for this position.
