Training & Support
You'll receive 2 weeks of paid online training to prepare you for the role, offering the perfect balance of adaptable self-paced learning and facilitated sessions, helping you build confidence while fitting training around your lifestyle & commitments.
Full attendance is required. Intake dates are ongoing and will be confirmed with you during the recruitment process.
This role is for you if you:
- Are a Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration (3+ years). Enrolled Nurses (ENs) are not eligible for this role.
- Have 3 years full time (or equivalent) recent experience in acute, ED, primary health, rural/remote settings. Aged care experience alone does not meet the requirements for this position.
- Show strong clinical judgement, triage experience and remain calm under pressure
- Are confident navigating digital systems , CRMs and telehealth platforms
- Have a private home workspace with reliable Wi-Fi (25mps+ download single user homes, 50mbps+ download multi-user homes)
- Can work 24/7 rotating shifts , incl. days, evenings, nights and weekends
