Preferred Requirements

- Demonstrated experience working in aged care or residential aged care facilities




- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to recognise changes in resident health and wellbeing
- Excellent communication with residents, families, and the broader care team
- Ability to work flexibly within a roster-based setting
- Commitment to person-centred care and dignity in aged care settings

Preferred Qualifications

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Aged Care Nursing qualification or post-graduate study in aged care
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
