Job Description

Pearl Energy Mittagong is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Retail & Service Managers (2 x positions) manage and oversee the daily operations of our busy petrol station and retail stores in Mittagong and Clarendon, in NSW. An ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Management, Business, or a related field, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving abilities, effective leadership skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering customer service.

These are full time positions offering an annual salary of $80,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation, depending on the candidate's capability, experience, and suitability for the roles. Job responsibilities include:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store and service station.
- Manage stock levels, inventory controls, and ordering of products.
- Prepare and manage store budgets,



minimise wastage & maximise operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and support retail and service staff.
- Plan and implement promotional activities, merchandising displays & marketing initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
- Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused workplace environment.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and adequately stocked at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures & industry standards.
- Maintain compliance with all workplace health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Salary - $80,000 to $82,000 plus superannuation Only eligible and short-listed applicants will be considered.
