Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Melbourne to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock within your specialist area. You and a 20+ strong team will drive service, training and the Best Experience for customers while reporting to the Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager.

You will monitor customer service levels, collaborate with Merchandising, Store Leadership and Health & Safety teams, and build robust supplier relationships.
