The Salvation Army Caboolture region is seeking a Case Manager to join our Supported Accommodation team. This full time role provides crisis intervention, assessments, case management and practical support to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Working within a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework, you will collaborate with clients and partners to help them secure housing and access services, ensuring person-centred care and lasting outcomes.
