Optimum Healthcare Australia invites new graduates to join a structured Occupational Therapy program in the community. You’ll receive weekly supervision with the OT Department Lead, shadowing, and joint visits to build confidence before independent practice.

You’ll work with NDIS participants and Support at Home clients, balancing assessments, therapy, and home modifications while developing skilled skills in a supportive team in Melbourne.
