About the role
We are seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Yatala depot in a permanent, full-time position. This is an prospect to build your experience across transport and warehouse operations while taking responsibility for the day-to-day support of our local drivers. You will work closely with our Warehouse Manager and have the variety of time on the road, in the depot and coordinating the team.
Key responsibilities
- Organise daily deliveries and provide relief driving when required
- Assist with freight sorting and loading
- Support drivers with operational issues
- Help keep routine depot administration on track
- Provide day-to-day support of local drivers
About you
- Current HR driver's licence and truck driving experience
- Current forklift licence and practical forklift experience
- Experience in transport or warehouse operations
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Willingness to assist with driving and warehouse work as a regular part of the role
- Strong commitment to safe work practices
- A stable, established business with a growing client base
- A varied role with responsibility across driving, drivers and depot operations
- Opportunity to develop practical supervisory and logistics experience alongside an experienced team
