We are seeking an experienced Surf Retail Manager to join the dynamic team at the Strapper Surf, Surf City Plaza store in Torquay. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, with a focus on driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll be doing
Manage and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Help develop and implement effective sales and merchandising strategies to maximise store performance
Oversee visual merchandising
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
Collaborate with head office management to achieve store and company objectives
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with the local surf community
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably within the surf/action sports industry
Proven track record of driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the surf lifestyle
Have good computer skills & having previous Osipos experience would be an advantage
