About the role

The DC Service Person operates throughout the entire distribution center, providing support to all specialist branches. Key responsibilities include managing yard operations, loading and unloading transport vehicles, preparing equipment for hire, and ensuring equipment upkeep through cleaning, servicing, and minor repairs.

This role requires you to;

- Perform operational servicemaintenance and documentation to render equipment serviceable
- Ensure the yard is organisedand equipment is rotated for availability.
- Follow site procedures toensure a safe and efficient operating environment
- Perform branch facilitiescleaning and maintenance as required





About you

- Successful applicants have come from various backgrounds such as; Customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driver, landscaping, trade & maintenance.
- The availability to work Saturday's
- This role requires some physical components including lifting and standing on your feet for long periods. A level of physical fitness is required and the ability to pass a drug test
- Be proactive and keen to learn new skills
- An interest in machinery and equipment, although training will be provided
- A positive attitude and team player
