Join the Mid North Coast Local Health District as a Maintenance Supervisor (Tradesperson) Grade 2 at Dorrigo Health Campus, supporting the safe, efficient and timely delivery of planned, preventative and corrective maintenance across multiple sites.

About the role

You’ll help coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities, allocate resources and supervise staff and contractors to ensure health facilities, plant and equipment are maintained to a high standard. You’ll also contribute to work planning, scheduling, asset maintenance and continuous improvement, while providing hands-on maintenance support within your trade expertise.

About you

- Relevant building maintenance trade qualification and robust trade competency
- Experience supervising maintenance services, staff and contractors
- Strong fault-finding, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident using computers, spreadsheets and maintenance/data systems
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites
