We partner with major sporting clubs and community organisations, so you'll spend your day talking to travellers who already know and trust us. We're growing rapid and building a sales team of high performers. You'll turn enquiries into bookings. You'll design European trips, handle questions and objections, and close. The better you perform, the more you earn, with no ceiling on your commission.

Key responsibilities

Work warm leads from our club and community partnerships and our website

Consult with customers on European itineraries, then quote and close the sale

Follow up quickly and persistently, and own the customer from enquiry to deposit to final payment

Hit and beat weekly and monthly sales targets

Keep accurate records in our backoffice and booking system

About you

A proven sales record, in travel or in another high-volume, consultative sales role (travel,



finance, education, real estate, automotive)

You're competitive and driven by results, and you like seeing your income reflect your effort

You communicate well by phone, email and chat, and you handle objections confidently

You're organised, with strong follow-up discipline

Europe knowledge is a bonus, but we'll train the right person

Travel industry experience is preferred, not essential
