HammondCare is seeking a Permanent, Part-time Clinical Partner - Registered Nurse based in the South Coast Region with an office at Merimbula. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, set goals and provide treatments for older adults at home, including visits or group activities for clients on Support at Home, CHSP or Seniors Living units.

You will deliver person-centred care while upholding HammondCare values and AHPRA requirements, with adaptable options and travel between
