St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne offers a fully supported 12-month Pathway to Specialty Practice program for Registered Nurses seeking to specialise in Cardiology and Cardiac Cath Lab nursing. The program provides structured study days, simulation training, and solid mentorship, with employment security upon completion.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available at Fitzroy and Werribee campuses, with an expected start in April 2027. A permanent role awaits after program success.
