98 Gym Neutral Bay is seeking a business-driven manager to run day-to-day operations, lead a coaching team and drive member growth and retention.
In this role you will coach at least 12 hours per week, manage staff, facilities and external contractors, and report weekly to the owner on performance. You’ll collaborate with 98 HQ to uphold brand standards and execute sales, marketing and community-building activities. This is a full time role with a competitive base salary plus incentives.
