MATES in Construction is seeking a Field Officer to deliver and grow evidence-based suicide prevention and mental health programs across the ACT construction industry. This fixed-term contract runs until 1 July 2027 with a possibility of continuation.

The role focuses on frontline delivery, training workers and industry groups, and building partnerships with employers, unions and site leaders to support workers facing mental health challenges.
