Plena Healthcare in Perth (North West) is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support residents in aged care and the community. You will perform comprehensive assessments, provide clinical recommendations, and help with mobility, transfers, and falls prevention within a cooperative multidisciplinary team.

The role requires AHPRA registration, a bachelor's degree, Australian working rights, and willingness to obtain NDIS screening and a National Police Check.
