IFYS is seeking Residential Youth Worker staff to provide a safe, therapeutic setting for young people in Landsborough, Glasshouse Mountains and Palmwoods. You will support daily routines, plan activities, and help youths develop essential life skills in a caring setting.

The role requires a QLD Blue Card (or application), a valid driver’s licence, and two references. A Certificate IV or higher in a relevant field is preferred, with casual shifts across a roster and mandatory screenings
