Uniting in Croydon, Victoria seeks a Navigator Case Manager to support 12–17 year olds facing disengagement. You will build and implement education re-engagement plans with families, coordinating with schools and services to re-integrate students into learning.

You will bring tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, experience with families and adolescents, risk assessment skills, and a commitment to child safety and inclusive practice.
