You will play a critical role in supporting customers and sales teams by providing timely communication, managing enquiries, maintaining pricing and customer data, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. As the key point of contact for many of our customers, you will help deliver exceptional service, accurate communication and seamless coordination across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and Product Development.

Key responsibilities

- Acting as the first point of contact for customer and consumer enquiries
- Managing customer communications regarding orders, deliveries, stock availability and service matters
- Providing sales administration support to Business Managers and the wider sales team
- Maintaining customer records, product information and pricing data
- Administering customer price lists and approved pricing changes
- Coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Quality and Product Development teams
- Supporting customer onboarding, product submissions and launch activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and system efficiency

About you

- Minimum 4 years' experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, order management or a similar role
- Experience within FMCG,



food manufacturing, retail, wholesale or distribution
- Experience managing customer enquiries and customer communications
- Experience using ERP, CRM or customer management systems
- Strong administration, data management and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work Australian Eastern business hours
- Grocery, retail or foodservice customer experience (desirable)
- Pricing administration or master data management experience (desirable)
- Supply chain or order fulfilment knowledge (desirable)
