The Surveyor will provide accurate surveying and set-out services across earthworks, excavation and piling projects, working closely with engineers, project managers and site teams.

Key responsibilities

- Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
- Carry out construction set-out and patterning.
- Undertake piling set-out, pile positioning and pile patterning.
- Monitor pile locations, levels, alignments and tolerances.
- Conduct earthworks and excavation surveys.
- Monitor levels, grades and formation levels.
- Calculate cut and fill quantities and earthworks volumes.
- Calculate excavation and stockpile volumes using survey data and Civil 3D.
- Prepare piling, earthworks and construction as-built surveys.
- Process and quality-check survey data.

About you

- Relevant qualification in Surveying,



Geomatics or a related discipline.
- Experience in construction, earthworks and piling surveying.
- Experience with construction set-out and as-built surveys.
- Experience with earthworks volume and cut/fill calculations.
- Strong knowledge of survey control, coordinates, datums and levels.
- Proficient with GNSS/GPS and total stations.
- Civil 3D experience preferred.
- Solid attention to detail and communication skills.
