Bathurst Base Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Acute Ward team on a 12-week contract basis, commencing 12 October 2026 through 3 January 2027. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced acute care nurse to contribute to a busy hospital environment while gaining valuable contract experience in a regional setting.

Preferred Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working in an acute ward or acute care setting
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills in a high-acuity environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Sound time management and prioritisation skills in a busy ward
- Qualified communication and documentation practices in line with clinical standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
