Redline RV is growing, and we're looking for experienced, motivated Caravan Plumbers who want more than just a job.
We are building the next generation of our team and are specifically looking for people who have the potential and ambition to progress into Team Leader, Supervisor and Management positions as the business continues to expand.

The Role
You'll work across caravan production and plumbing installations, including:
- Caravan plumbing rough-in and fit-off
- Water systems and pumps
- Gas installations
- Hot water systems and appliances
- Waste and grey-water systems
- Testing and quality control
- Fault finding and rectification
- Working closely with manufacturers and the Redline RV team
Who We're Looking For

- Have caravan, RV or relevant plumbing experience
- Take pride in producing quality work
- Are punctual, reliable and accountable
- Can work efficiently in a production environment
- Communicate well with other trades and team members
- Want to improve and develop their skills
- Can take responsibility and show leadership
- Have the potential to manage people, workflow and production as they progress
Formal leadership experience is an advantage, but it is not essential .
