About the Role

As a Showroom Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom.

You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through product options,



helping them take the first step towards their dream kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers into the showroom.
- Understanding customers' renovation goals and requirements.
- Recommending suitable products and solutions.
- Assisting customers with colours, styles and finishes.
- Booking appointments with our design team.
- Following up enquiries and maintaining customer relationships.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to purchase.

This is a consultative sales role where customer service, relationship building and attention to detail are key.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in retail, sales, showroom or customer-facing environments.
- Enjoys working with people and building rapport.
- Is confident, professional and reliable.
- Has strong communication and organisational skills.
- Is motivated by achieving results and earning commission.
