About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedCase Manager to oversee and coordinate supports for children and young people under bothChild Safety and NDIS frameworks .
This role is critical in ensuring compliance, strong stakeholder engagement, and positive client outcomes across our Sunshine Coast operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Child Safety and NDIS participants
- Develop and review care plans, support plans, and risk assessments
- Coordinate SIL and out-of-home care placements
- Liaise with Child Safety, families, support coordinators,
and allied health
- Monitor NDIS funding utilisation and prepare review reports
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Child Protection legislation
- Lead case meetings and multidisciplinary reviews
- Oversee incident reporting, risk management, and safeguarding
About You
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience inChild Safety, Out-of-Home Care, or NDIS
- Strong understanding ofNDIS framework and Child Protection requirements (QLD)
- Experience working withcomplex behaviours and high-support clients
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain compliance
