We are seeking an experienced and passionate Toddler Room Leader to join our team in our beautiful 2–3 year old room .

About Our Service

We are a purpose-built boutique service providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0–5 years .

Our service features a beautiful, inspiring nature-based outdoor environment and a warm, home-like atmosphere where children are encouraged to learn, grow and develop socially, emotionally, physically and academically.

Our Approved Provider has over 17 years of experience in the early childhood sector and places a strong emphasis on creating engaging learning environments, supporting educators' professional development and building a positive team culture.

We take a hands-on approach to management and are passionate about creating a workplace where educators feel valued, supported and empowered to do their best work.

About the Role

As the Toddler Room Leader , you will lead our 2–3 year old learning workplace with a small group of 8 children each day .

Working alongside our Educational Leader, you will:

- Develop and implement engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.




- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports each child's individual development.
- Observe, document and plan for children's learning in line with the EYLF .
- Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive team culture.

About You

We are looking for an educator who is passionate about working with toddlers and is committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care.

You will have:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care .
- Completed National Child Safe Training .
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the NQS, NQF and EYLF .
- Demonstrated experience in programming and planning for children aged 0–3 years .
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
- Current Child Protection training.
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check .
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
