About the role

You will be an important part of our bakery production team, helping produce a large volume of fresh, high-quality breads, pastries, cakes and other bakery products.

Working in a large-scale and fast-paced bakery environment, you will need to be organised, productive and capable of maintaining excellent quality and consistency throughout production.

Responsibilities

- Preparing, mixing,



shaping, proving and baking bakery products
- Producing high volumes of consistent, quality products
- Managing multiple production requirements efficiently
- Working to production schedules and deadlines
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised production area
- Contributing to product quality and continuous improvement
- Working collaboratively with the wider bakery team

About you

- We are looking for an experienced baker who:
- Has experience working in a commercial or large-scale bakery environment
- Thrives in a fast-paced production environment
- Values a stable and predictable roster
- Can work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Has strong technical baking skills
- Takes pride in their work
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Understands food safety and hygiene requirements
- Certificate III in Baking or equivalent industry experience is highly regarded.
