Child Safety at Journey
At Journey Early Learning, the safety, wellbeing and rights of every child are at the heart of everything we do. As a Child Safe Organisation, we are committed to creating environments where children feel safe, respected, supported and heard. Every team member plays an important role in upholding the Victorian Child Safe Standards, promoting children’s voices, and ensuring their safety and wellbeing are reflected in everyday interactions, practices and decision-making. Through our See, Act, Tell Safeguarding Framework, Educators are empowered to recognise concerns, respond appropriately and confidently speak up when something doesn't feel right. All appointments are subject to relevant pre-employment screening, including a valid Working with Children Check and any qualifications or clearances required for the role. Together, we create safe, nurturing environments where every child can learn, grow and thrive.
