We're looking for a Business Development Representative / Field Sales Representative to join a growing team focused on identifying new opportunities, building relationships and driving business growth across Brisbane and regional Queensland. This is a true business development role. You'll be out in the market meeting business owners, starting conversations, creating opportunities and developing your territory. No sitting behind a desk all day. Just genuine business development with the support, training and career pathway to help you succeed. This role is an entry point to higher positions with a leading business.

- Identifying and approaching new business opportunities
- Building relationships with decision-makers
- Face-to-face prospecting and territory development
- Generating qualified opportunities and proposals
- Managing and growing your sales pipeline
- Maintaining consistent business development activity
- Representing the business professionally in the market

This role offers plenty of autonomy and would suit someone who enjoys being out on the road, meeting people and creating opportunities through their own effort and initiative.

The Successful Applicant

This role will suit someone who is naturally driven, confident and loves the challenge of winning new business. You don't need years and years of experience,



but you do need the confidence to start conversations, the resilience to handle rejection and the determination to keep showing up every day with a positive attitude. You might currently be in a sales role and looking for a business that offers genuine career progression, or perhaps real estate, door to door sales or another customer-facing environment where you've demonstrated initiative, confidence and a strong work ethic.
