You will model high quality education on the floor, support curriculum planning, mentor educators, and contribute to the centre's educational direction. A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and NSW ECT registration with at least 2 years’ experience are required, plus a calm, positive and relationship-based approach.
