Worthwhile Recruiting is seeking an experienced Afternoon Shift Supervisor for a sheet metal manufacturing workplace. You will lead a crew of five, coordinate workloads, and keep production moving on the afternoon shift.

Strong focus on safety, quality, and meeting targets is essential. This hands-on role requires proven supervisory experience in manufacturing, with sheet metal trade qualifications and familiarity with CNC laser cutters and bending machines.
